Installation and Commisioning

Seedi has a team of experienced and knowledgeable technicians who are available to assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment. We take pride in
ensuring the equipment is safely and correctly installed.  Our experience in dealing with industrial machines has taught us that mishaps cost a fortune, hence our absolute care
when installing and commissioning.  When the installation and commissioning is completed, we handover functioning equipment to a client
and request them to sign it off as fully functional.

Repairs and Maintenance

We offer repairs and maintenance services on old and new equipment. Repairs are on an ad hoc basis and is very flexible. This is because our focus is on ensuring our clients
are serviced speedily and have minimal downtime. When repairs are needed, a client contacts us to inform us of the break down and our Technicians attend to the call timeously.

Equipment needs assessment

This is a comprehensive assessment of the equipment a company potentially needs in order to service its clients effectively and efficiently. Assessments require us to determine the capacity, specification and quantity of equipment needed by a client. In doing so, some of the things that are taken into account are: the use of the equipment, reason for procurement, size of the business premises and the industry within which it operates just to mention a few. It is a back-and-forth process between our clients, suppliers and our technical team.
Once a solution is agreed upon, a report detailing the needs of the client and the solutions proposed by Seedi is compiled. This report is then presented to the client for approval and implementation.
